He was predeceased by: his brother Hugh. He is survived by: his brother Robert; his wife Maureen; his children, Adam Franklin and Ruth Franklin Rivaldi (Gregory); his grandchildren, Nola Ruby, Gwyneth Evelyn and Theodore Franklin; and his foster daughter Sauda Abdul Mumin.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church (500 Veneta Ave, Bremerton, WA 98337).
